Malbec

Years 2023

This exclusive bottle of Schat's Vineyards Malbec was produced from grapes grown by artisan baker Erick Schat from Bishop, California. His beloved vineyard is at a 6,000-foot elevation, located on the western slope of the majestic White Mountain Range. Schat's vineyard is believed to be one of the highest vineyards in the United States. Vines thrive from pure, natural mountain waters that flow to each vine.

These hand-harvested grapes, grown in a rocky high desert area, create a well-balanced wine, layered with aromas of black cherry and raspberry, finished in French Oak for 1 year.

Riesling
